5th & 6th Puasa Bike Ride
we had another bike ride on Thursday and yesterday Sunday. On thursday, it took us 46:51 mins which considered to be slow. So to make it up, yesterday we managed to do 41:55 mins.
I still feel that there is no improvements. We need to do more - no more cycling makan angin. ruginya arah diri jua bukan orang lain. We need to train cause we are the one going to compete not the other people.

3rd & 4th Puasa Bike Ride
Today was the 4th bike ride and last Sunday was our 3rd bike ride. The time to complete the ride keep on improving, slowly.
our Sunday ride, it took us 43:35 mins while today it took us 43:27 mins. Hopefully before the end of this month, we will get sub 40:00 mins.
Next ride is on Thursday afternoon.

2nd Puasa Bike Ride
Today was the 2nd bike ride and we still used the same route as the Monday route. We managed to cover the distance in a time of 44:47 mins. 3 seconds faster .
My bike ride today was not so good. I was feeling very tired and weak. Maybe its because I took a nap of 40 mins before the bike ride that causes my tiredness.
